USEFUL TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL HAIR

1.For shiny hair always pour a tumbler of cold water at the end of every wash which leads to closing of hair cuticles leading to  reflection of light rather than absorbing it.

2.External application of oil is not enough for smooth hair but instead vitamin E ( badam , spinach , nuts, avocado)  vitamin H        ( egg yolk) ,protein rich food ( chicken egg white ,dal paneer ) should be an integral  part of your diet.

3.Externally applying oil does not have substitute as well as applying oil improves local blood circulation of hair leading to good growth and also provide essential oil required by hair and scalp . Oiling also protects your hair from pollution dust etc. so never forget to apply hair oil atleast twice a week for a healthy hair.Maximum oil has to be applied to scalp and then to hair as strong roots make strong hair.

4. Water is one of the most essential component for healthy hair and skin. So be well hydrated by drinking enough water through out the day.

5.Brush your hair oftenly in a day atleast twice to thrice as brushing is one of the cheapest and easiest way of keeping your hair healthy as while combing or brushing some amount of natural oil is secreted which evenly gets spreaded throughout your hair strands thus adding natural shine to your hair . also intermittently brushing hair helps in detangling you rhair so less chances of hair  it adds shine to your hair as brushing your hair is the most easiest and cheapest way to add shine to hair  and also to reduce hair fall as while brushing scalp tends to release natural oils which gets evenly distributed along your hair which adds shine to it. It also reduces entanglement of hair so helps in reducing hair fall.

6.Vinegar can be used as a conditioner after hair wash and then rinse it thoroughly after that to remove the smell of vinegar from hair

7. Atleast once in every 2 month hair should be trimmed for its good growth and to reduce split ends.

8.Soak methi seeds over night and then grind it to fine paste and add dahi (curd) to it and then apply it to your hair after rinse after half an hour to add shine and reduce dandruff.

9.Over use of lemon for local application on hair may lead to early whitening of hair as lemon acts as a bleaching agent.

10.Egg yolk + honey + badam oil apply to your hair and then rinse thoroughly after half an hour to reduce split ends.
